Bonnie Sielaff is the Co-Founder and current Director of Operations for Tamarack Grove Engineering, a national structural engineering firm based out of Boise Idaho. With a heart for servant leadership, Bonnie, alongside her husband, Brian, founded Tamarack Grove with a mission to foster meaningful relationships, and deliver exceptional service to their clients. Her academic background includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho in Sports Science, complemented by minors in Business and Nutrition. Bonnie’s professional journey is marked by her dedication and passion for building people up, identifying their strengths and encouraging them in the unique capabilities they have. Her commitment to her community is evident in her active involvement and the joy it brings her. Outside the office, Bonnie’s world revolves around family. She cherishes moments with Brian and their five children.
