Sarah Reed is a partner with the law firm Hawley Troxell and practice in the banking and real estate groups. In her practice she represents a wide variety of lenders and borrowers in the documentation and due diligence necessary for securitized lending. Additionally, she represents developers, buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, and have significant experience in acquisitions, leases, restrictive covenants and easements, zoning and the resolution of property management issues. Sarah is honored to have received the Idaho Business Review’s Accomplished 40 Under 40 award, Idaho Business Review Leaders in Law, Up & Coming award, Women’s and Children’s Alliance, Tribute to Women & Industry (TWIN) award, and the Idaho State Bar, Business and Corporate Law Section, Professional Development Series Participant award.
